Frequently asked questions
Do customers need to install an app?
No. The portal runs in a browser on phone or computer, and customers log in with an OTP.
Can I hide internal remarks?
Yes. Only the fields, documents and comments you mark as visible appear to the customer.
Can the portal be used in Hindi?
Our interface supports Hindi and English. Content you add, such as checklist names, can be written in any language.
Is a customer's data safe from other customers?
A customer can reach only their own record, and access is checked on the server for every request.
Can customers pay partially?
Yes, when you have set up an instalment schedule or allow part payment on an invoice.
