1. Who we are

Gandiv (the operating entity is to be confirmed) provides a multi-tenant CRM and telecalling platform. This policy explains what personal data we process on this website and in the product, and why.

2. Data we collect

On this website: contact details you submit in forms (name, work email, phone, company, team size, industry) and, only with your consent, analytics data. In the product: customer account data and the lead and call data our customers load into their own workspace, where the customer is the data fiduciary and we act as processor.

3. How we use it

To respond to your request, book demos, create and secure your account, send service messages, improve the site and, with consent, send product updates. We do not sell personal data.

4. Your rights under the DPDP Act

You may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data and to withdraw consent. Use the data-deletion page or write to the grievance officer listed on the grievance page.

5. Retention and security

Website enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and for sales records. Product data is retained per the customer's settings. See the security page for how we protect data.

6. Changes

We will post changes here with a new effective date.
