Simple builder

Trigger, condition, action

Choose what starts the flow, such as a new lead, a stage change or a missed call. Add conditions like source or city, then actions like send WhatsApp, create task or assign owner. Read it back as a plain sentence before turning it on.

  • Triggers on lead, call, stage
  • AND/OR conditions
  • Multiple actions in order

Start from proven examples

Switch on ready recipes such as welcome message on new lead, callback task on missed call, reminder one day before a visit, and win-back after 30 days of silence. Edit the wording and timing to match your business.

Time delays

Wait, then act

Add delays in minutes, hours or days, and branch on whether the lead replied. A flow can message now, wait two days, check for a reply, and create a call task only if nothing came back.

  • Delay steps
  • Branch on reply or stage
  • Business-hours only sends

Guardrails against runaway messages

Each lead can enter a flow once, or at set intervals, and daily send caps protect your WhatsApp quality rating. Flows can be paused instantly, and changes are versioned so you can see who edited what.

  • Entry limits per lead
  • Daily send caps
  • Pause and version history

Run log

Check what ran and why

A log lists every execution with the lead, trigger, steps taken and any failure reason. When a customer says they got an odd message, you can find exactly which flow sent it and fix the rule.

  • Per-lead run history
  • Failure reasons shown
  • Filter by workflow

Connect tools

Reach beyond the CRM

Call a webhook or a Zapier step to update a sheet, notify a chat tool or start a process elsewhere. Data from the lead can be passed along, so other systems stay in step without manual copying.

  • Webhook action
  • Zapier connection
  • Pass lead fields

Frequently asked questions

Do I need technical skills?

No. The builder uses plain choices, and the recipes work out of the box. Webhook actions are optional and need a little technical help.

Can a workflow send WhatsApp messages automatically?

Yes, through the WhatsApp Business API using approved templates. Automatic sends from a synced personal number are not advised.

How many workflows can I run?

Limits depend on your plan, and the pricing page lists them.

What if a workflow misbehaves?

Pause it from the list at any time. The run log shows what it did, and you can fix the rule and resume.

Can a workflow change data in bulk?

Workflows act on a lead or event as it happens. For bulk edits on existing leads, use bulk actions on a filtered list.
