Frequently asked questions
Do you handle DLT registration for me?
Registration is done with your telecom operator's DLT portal by your business. Gandiv stores your header and template IDs and checks sends against them.
Which SMS providers can I use?
You bring your own SMS provider account, and supported options are listed in the integrations area. SMS charges are billed by the provider.
Can I send promotional email in bulk?
Yes, to contacts who have not opted out, with an unsubscribe link. For large volumes, a dedicated email service is advisable.
Will emails go to spam?
Setting up SPF and DKIM and sending relevant mail helps a lot. We cannot guarantee inbox placement, as providers decide.
Does email sync read my whole inbox?
It syncs only conversations with people who match leads in your CRM. You control which mailboxes are connected.
