Frequently asked questions
What counts as a user?
A user is a person with a login who can see leads or make calls. Partners and customers using the partner or customer portal are not counted as users.
Can I change plan or add users later?
Yes. You can add users at any time and move between plans. Changes are prorated on your next invoice.
What does it cost?
Rs 399 per user per month plus 18% GST, for a minimum of 2 users. Billing is for 3 months, 6 months or 1 year at a time; 3 months is the minimum term. Features are the same on every cycle.
How do AI credits work?
Each plan includes a monthly pool of AI credits that are used when a call is transcribed, scored or used to fill a form. You see the cost of every run. You can buy packs or connect your own model key.
Who pays for WhatsApp and telephony charges?
Those are third-party costs. Meta conversation fees and carrier minutes are passed through at cost and shown separately on your invoice.
What happens after the free trial?
You pick a plan or stay on the free tier if one is offered. Trial length and whether a card is needed will be confirmed when pricing is published.
Do you issue GST invoices? Which payment methods work?
Yes, every invoice is a GST invoice. UPI, cards and net banking are planned; details will be confirmed with the pricing launch.
What is the refund and cancellation policy?
The policy is being finalised. See the draft on our refund page. You will always be able to export your data before leaving.
Can I import from my current CRM or spreadsheet?
Yes. Import leads, notes and history from CSV or Excel, and our team helps with mapping during onboarding.
Where is my data stored and is it safe?
Each customer is isolated at the database level. See the security page for what we do and what we do not claim.
Are there discounts for startups, NGOs or partners?
We plan programs for startups, NGOs and partners. Terms will be published on their pages.
Do you offer enterprise contracts?
